Volunteer Corps Now Recruiting!

An initiative of South Dublin County Volunteer Centre and South Dublin County Council, the South Dublin County Volunteer Corps is volunteer led movement of citizens of the county who make themselves available to volunteer at various once off events and/or emergencies in the county.

Recently, the Corps has been involved in community festivals and sporting events. Most of the events that the Corps participate it are just for a morning or an afternoon (often at weekends). You can pick and choose which events you want to participate in - all we ask is that you help out with a minimum of one event a year. We email you at least 2 weeks in advance of an event and you can choose whether to opt in our opt out.

Volunteering with the Corps is an opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people whilst making genuine difference in your local community.

In order to apply for the Corps, you will need to fill out a separate registration form which can be found by clicking the button:

If you would like to find out more about the Corps before making a decision on whether you'd like to get involved, you can find more information here.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
