We would like to invite you to attend a  workshop on developing and registering Volunteer Opportunities with the Volunteer Centre, on our volunteering database I-VOL.

The workshop is aimed at organisations who are registered with the Volunteer Centre and who would like to get most out of I-VOL when advertising their volunteer opportunities.  So if you haven’t registered opportunities with us before or would just like some helpful pointers, this workshop is for you!

When:  Tuesday 03 September from 10.30am to 12pm

Where: South Dublin County Volunteer Centre – Clondalkin Office, Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin.

About the Workshop

The workshop will:

  • Identify the key elements of an effective volunteer role description (volunteer opportunity)
  • Give attendees the opportunity to draft a role description
  • Outline the steps involved in registering a volunteer opportunity with the Volunteer Centre on our I-VOL database
  • Provide an overview on how the Volunteer Centre works with organisations once an opportunity is listed on I-VOL

Places on this workshop are free but limited so early booking is advisable.  Tea and coffee will be provided.
