Managing Difficult Volunteer Situations
South Dublin County Volunteer Centre, is delighted to announce details of another new training inVolunteer Management:
“Managing Difficult Volunteer Situations”
In this workshop we will look at some of the challenging situations that may be present in our volunteer programmes. We will look at what types of difficult situations can arise with volunteers and how we can take steps to address them. This training is aimed at anyone who manages volunteers and is looking for positive ways to deal with difficult situations.
By the end of the session we will have:
The training will be held will be held on Wednesday 11 March from 10am to 1.30pm at
Tessa House, St John of God Housing Association, Block D, Gleann na hEorna, Cookstown Way, Dublin, Tallaght, Dublin 24
and will be delivered by Colette Gallagher.
Places at this training are free, so early booking is advisable. Maximum 2 places per organisation. Tea and coffee will be provided.
